Ingredients For Masala Paste

Instructions Making Masala Paste
- In a grinder jar, upload 1 teaspoon cumin seeds,
- ⅓ cup chopped onion, 1 inexperienced chili (chopped),
- 1-inch ginger, (chopped) and five medium garlic cloves (chopped).
- Add 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves and 1 cup chopped tomatoes. Then upload 1 teaspoon coriander seeds,

- Then upload ½ inch ginger (julienne) and three tablespoons low fats cream. Mix thoroughly. Switch off the flame.
- Then finally upload three tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves. Mix again.
- Serve matar paneer with chapatis, tandoori rotis, naan, laccha paratha, pudina paratha or steamed rice or jeera rice.
- Notes For a much less highly spiced flavor upload ½ teaspoon Kashmiri crimson chili powder or deghi mirch.
- Instead of paneer, you could use tofu. For a thicker gravy, you could upload much less water.
- For cooking in a stress cooker, upload 1.five cups water, and stress prepares dinner for two to three whistles.
